BUZ Yazilim ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Pure Defense mobile application (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Game.
By using the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you use the Game, the following information is collected automatically:
- Anonymous Player ID: A unique identifier generated by Unity Gaming Services (UGS) for authentication purposes. This is not linked to your personal identity.
- Game Progress Data: Level completion status, star ratings, premium currency balance (Gems), ability inventory, game statistics (total kills, gold earned, waves completed), daily login streak, and difficulty preference.
- Device Information: Screen resolution and device orientation (used solely for UI layout purposes; not transmitted to any server).
- Language Preference: Detected from your device settings or manually selected in-game.
- Player Nickname: An optional in-game name you may choose to set.
- Platform Account Linking (optional): If you choose to link your account via Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Sign-In (iOS), we receive a platform-specific identifier, and optionally your display name. You are never required to link an account; anonymous play is fully supported.
- Unity Ads: If you view advertisements, the Unity Ads SDK may collect your device advertising identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS), device type, operating system version, and ad interaction data. This data is used to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
- In-App Purchases: When you make a purchase, your transaction is processed entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). We only receive a purchase confirmation receipt.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Cloud Save: To synchronize your game progress across devices using Unity Gaming Services Cloud Save. All progress data is stored under a single encrypted key.
- Gameplay: To provide core game functionality including level progression, economy management, and daily rewards.
- Advertisements: To display ads through Unity Ads. You may remove all advertisements by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option within the Game.
- Fraud Prevention: To prevent exploitation of reward systems (e.g., daily ad watch limits tracked across devices).
- Improvement: To identify and fix bugs and improve Game performance.
We do not use your information for:
- Profiling or behavioral analysis
- Selling to third parties
- Marketing emails or push notifications (currently not implemented)
3. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: Game settings (language, volume, haptic preferences) and progress data are stored locally on your device using Unity PlayerPrefs.
- Cloud Storage: Game progress is synchronized to Unity Gaming Services Cloud Save servers. Data is transmitted via HTTPS encryption.
- Conflict Resolution: When data conflicts occur between devices, we use a "maximum value" merge strategy to prevent data loss.
- Data Retention: Your data is retained as long as your account exists. There is no automatic expiration.

Pure Defense is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 6.1 Right to Access
You can view all your stored game data through the Game's settings menu.
6.2 Right to Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data through the Game's settings menu ("Delete Account" option). This will permanently remove:
- All game progress (level stars, gems, abilities, statistics)
- Player nickname
- Cloud save data
- Authentication account
The following are preserved after deletion for functional purposes: language preference, audio settings, haptic preference, and consent records.
6.3 Right to Data Portability
Your game data can be exported in JSON format upon request.
6.4 Right to Opt Out of Advertising
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
- iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking > Disable tracking
- In-Game: Purchase "Remove Ads" to eliminate all advertisements
6.5 GDPR (European Economic Area)
If you are located in the EEA, we process your data under the following legal bases:
- Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f)): Cloud save synchronization, fraud prevention
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Personalized advertisements, optional account linking
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): In-app purchase processing
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with:
- Unity Technologies: For authentication, cloud save, and advertisement services
- Google / Apple: For in-app purchase processing and optional account linking
- Law Enforcement: If required by law or legal process
